A Year’s Worth of Connections

This presentation deck allowed sales leaders to build trust by sharing valuable knowledge without diving into products and solutions, bringing prospects into the funnel.

Tackling the Challenge of Customised Content

The Twilio Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Sales team in the Asia-Pacific region faced a pressing challenge: they lacked adaptable, customised content for their speaking engagements across diverse markets.

Our team was tasked with creating a versatile presentation deck tailored for events throughout the year. The goal? To spotlight industry trends while focusing on two critical verticals in the communications technology resale market—telecom and technology.

Collaboration, Research and Visual Design Come Together

We began by working closely with Twilio’s subject matter experts to align on key objectives and priorities. This collaboration was followed by in-depth desktop research into telecom and technology industry trends across APAC, ensuring the content was both impactful and highly relevant.

The report produced during the research stage backed the PaperplaneCo team in creating a story around current trends, and gave the Twilio Sales team data to work with, in their own independent Sales initiatives. The desktop research report covered corporate spend in telco, consumer behaviour and trends in technology and telco,

Drawing inspiration from the theme of construction, we developed a unique visual concept that unified the presentation. Alongside this, we crafted a cohesive narrative and talk track to elevate the impact of the deck at events. The result? A visually engaging and strategically versatile presentation that Sales teams successfully deployed across the region.

Designed for Flexibility and Thought Leadership

The deck was designed not just as a one-off tool but as a strategic complement to Twilio’s internal pitch deck, which delved deeper into specific solutions for interested prospects. Fully customisable, it features a series of slides with research tailored to multiple key APAC markets. This flexibility empowers Sales leaders and representatives to adapt the presentation to resonate with regional priorities and audiences.

Jessica Mizerak

Jessica Mizerak — B2B Content Strategist

“With every single interaction I have with a new client, a whole new world opens up for me. I love learning, and I love contributing.”

Unlike most people, Jess’ first love was a language – Russian. Her fondness for languages brought her from the United States across the world to Europe, where she indulged in a novel world of language learning.

While living in Hungary, Jess started contemplating the possibility of becoming a writer. Serendipitously, she received a phone call from her friend with a full-time scriptwriting opportunity. After accepting the offer and working as a scriptwriter for two years, Jess experimented in other fields, yet kept writing in her life by freelancing during nights and weekends.

At one point, she worked at Antavo alongside e-commerce and omnichannel retailers that were creating and implementing new loyalty programs, which gave her the unique insight on B2B operations that she has today. After experiencing life across diverse professions, Jess realised that being a writer was her true calling, and returned to writing full-time.

Now as the go-to scriptwriter for webinars and videos at PaperplaneCo, Jess is also involved in the creative development for new series and projects. She loves meeting new clients, and every new project opens up a new world for Jess to explore.

Currently residing in Spain, Jess teaches an aerial hoop class once a week. In the future, Jess hopes to work on projects contributing to sustainability.

Monna Munoz

Monna Munoz — General Manager

“Nothing is complicated. Break it down, prioritize, find efficiencies. When everything runs smoothly, there’s space for creativity and productivity.”

It takes courage to think differently, and Monna knows it. At age 5, this Richard Branson fan built a child-sized rocket from grocery cartons and duct tape. At 19, she dropped a promising nursing career to pursue her love of tech at an internet marketing firm—one she would soon come to lead. In 2016, Mona launched her own web development agency. With her “Just do it” mantra, Monna’s approach to work is singularly strategic and systematic.

Now General Manager at PaperplaneCo, Monna goes out of her way to keep all stakeholders happy, juggling multiple projects and teams with enviable ease. Mom to a teenager and two snuggly cats, Monna enjoys long walks and keeping up with Elon Musk’s Mars project. Warning: With her unflaggingly upbeat attitude and ace organizational skills, Monna’s productive vibe can be contagious.
